Designed to enhance and build on the knowledge and skills gained in the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Introductory workshop, PRIMEXL’s Advanced CBT workshop provides an in-depth understanding of the cognitive model that will inform effective treatment decisions and interventions.
Participants will be guided through the theory underpinning this skills based workshop and given an opportunity to rehearse their new skills in a structured environment through the extensive use of personal practice, real case discussion and question/answer time.
