Human Synergistics have developed a series of self assessment tools designed to assist individuals understand who they are and what causes them to act in the way that they do. The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) is based around the Human Synergistics Circumplex, describing constructive, passive/defensive and aggressive/defensive behaviours.
The Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory 1 (LSI 1) is designed to:
- Measure an individual's thinking and attitudes that motivate behaviour, how they relate to others, solve problems and make decision
- Indentify strengths and development opportunities
- Increase personal and professional effectiveness
The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) II provides objective feedback on an individual's behaviour patterns as interpreted by others. Used in conjunction with LSI 1, the LSI 2 provides objective feedback on an individual's behaviour patterns as interpreted by others.
Life Styles Inventory 1 (LSI 1) Assessment Package includes:
- On-line self-description inventory to be completed by individual(LSI 1)
- Assessment Report
Options:
- 90 minute coaching session to review the results and create a development action plan
- On-line inventories to be completed by peers (LSI II)
